Environment Minister Hakob Simidyan and Deputy Minister Aram Meymaryan met with Director of the Foundation for the Preservation of Wildlife and Cultural Assets (FPWC) Ruben Khachatryan and representatives of the Foundation
During the meeting, the parties discussed a range of issues of mutual interest and sought solutions to existing problems through discussion.

Within the framework of the EU4Sevan program, research on groundwater quality, interaction with surface waters, origin and growth in the Lake Sevan basin started on October 10
Employees of the groundwater monitoring service of the “Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center” SNCO, together with scientists from the Helmholtz Center for Environmental Research in Germany and the Darmstadt Technical University, took water samples from 13 underground sources (source and well), 2 surface watercourses and the Arpa-Sevan tunnel in the Lake Sevan basin from October 12 to 14.
