Issues related to the legal status and smooth functioning of the Aarhus Centers were addressed at an OSCE-organized event held during the 8th Session of the Parties to the Aarhus Convention.

We are pleased to announce that Armenia officially joined the Bled Water Forum Expert Committee. Armenia is represented in the Committee by Mr. Ara Mkrtchyan, Deputy Minister of Environment of the RA, who is responsible for coordinating key areas of Armenia’s environmental policy, including: 

Hambardzum Matevosyan, Minister of Environment of the RA, expressed gratitude to all partners involved in the process, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the RA, Mr. Yeganyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Federative Republic of Brazil, as well as the Ministry’s staff and international partners.
