In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014 Հ0-110-Ն) as well as in accordance with the procedure established by the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014) /ed. N 2343- Ն (28.12.23)/, on August 1, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., public hearings will be held at the Municipality of Chambarak Community, Gegharkunik Region on the strategic environmental assessment report on the "River Basin Management Plan for the Northern Basin Management Area" submitted by "ECE Caucasus" LLC /2nd hearing/.
Within the time limits set by the annex to the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), recommendations and comments on the application can be submitted in writing to "Environmental Impact Testing Center" SNCO of the Ministry of Environment of the RA.
