The widespread use of plastic bags and pockets in the trade and service sectors in the country has led to environmental problems.
The average period of use of plastic bags up to 50 microns thick is 10-15 minutes, and its decomposition in nature takes more than 400 years.

The level of Lake Sevan has decreased by 2 cm in the period from November 15 to 21 and has amounted to 1900.47 m (11/21/21) which is lower by 9 cm than the level of the same day last year and is lower by 5 cm than the level of January 1, 2021.
