The Deputy Minister held a meeting and a substantive discussion with the senior staff and heads of departments of the SNCO, got acquainted with the activities of the Center, existing problems and opportunities for further development.
Acting Director of the SNCO Levon Azizyan presented in the form of a brief report to the Deputy Minister coordinating the sphere, the main axes of the structure's activities, the functions of structural units, the current state of technical equipment and the programs being implemented.
Current programs were discussed, as well as prospects for the development and implementation of new programs jointly with international organizations.
As a result of the meeting, upcoming actions were recorded and inventoried in accordance with priorities, ranging from improving the conditions of the building, changing the management culture and ending with the need for generational change and retraining of personnel, technical re-equipment and the introduction of innovative tools for more effective implementation of professional activities.
Attaching importance to the long-term rich work experience of the older generation and the huge stock of accumulated knowledge, the Deputy Minister, in particular, touched upon the issue of attracting young personnel of the Center and transferring experience.
According to the Deputy Minister, it is necessary to ensure normal access of young specialists to state structures. young people should work in priority areas for the state and fully realize their professional knowledge, contributing to the development of the relevant sphere.
