The participant of the "IGorts" program will complement the Department of Special Nature Protected Areas and Biodiversity Policy of the Ministry

On September 1, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Environment with the participant of the "iGorts" program of the Office of the Chief Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, who will fill the Ministry's Specially Protected Areas and Biodiversity Policy Department.
Deputy Minister Aram Meymaryan welcomed and introduced the participant of the "iGorts" program to the staff.
In his welcoming speech, the Deputy Minister described the "iGorts" program as one of the most prominent, practical and useful examples of Diaspora participation.
"We live in the same reality and our views are starting to harden in accordance with that reality, and the participants of the program approach many issues with a new and fresher way of thinking and views, they bring a very good culture with them and this gives the desired result. In my opinion, the most important contribution that the Diaspora can make to the motherland is the inflow of knowledge. That knowledge can come to Armenia, be used in Armenia and benefit our country. Deputy Minister Aram Meymaryan noted.
The deputy minister told about the previous participants who were added to the staff of the ministry by the program and expressed great satisfaction with the recorded results.
Voskehat Grigoryan, head of the Department of Specially Protected Nature Areas and Biodiversity Policy, presented the functions of the department's staff.
