Aram Meymaryan, Deputy Minister of Environment of the RA participated in the "Ministerial Roundtable on Green Economy" event.
"World Green Economy Summit 2024" is a unique opportunity to discuss prospective opportunities and investments for the public and private sectors at the local and international levels. These opportunities will help to find innovative solutions and financial instruments that will contribute to green climate action, sustainable development and drive the global economy towards greater development.
Within the framework of the summit, the heads of state and high-ranking representatives of the field of environmental protection discussed policy issues aimed at the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which will contribute to the transition to a green economy in the 86 member countries of the Global Alliance on Green Economy (GAGE).
"World Green Economy Summit 2024" and "Ministerial Roundtable on Green Economy” were organized in cooperation with the World Green Economy Organization (WGEO) and the Government of the United Arab Emirates.
