Dear partners,
May 22 is celebrated worldwide as the International Day for Biological Diversity. Armenia joins the global initiative of the International Day for Biological Diversity, highlighting, in particular, that our country has been selected to host the next UN Conference on Biological Diversity (COP17).
Within the framework of this important event, the Ministry of Environment of the RA is initiating a large-scale public awareness and information program, aimed at highlighting Armenia's rich biodiversity, the challenges and solutions for its conservation.
Therefore, we invite professionals in the field, representatives of the scientific community, environmentalists, and representatives of the creative community to cooperate and ask them to contribute to this important mission by providing the Ministry with the following materials:
Scientific articles and research on biodiversity, environmental challenges, and the conservation of unique plant and animal species,
Documentary and informational films that showcase Armenia's ecosystems, successful nature conservation programs, as well as international best practices.
Videos and interviews on the importance of biodiversity, ecological initiatives, and Armenia's role in the context of the upcoming UN conference,
Photo series and photographs showcasing Armenia's unique natural landscape, endemic species, ecological projects, or environmental issues.
The provided materials will be used for the following purposes:

To organize demonstrations, discussions and analyses as part of the International Day for Biological Diversity events,
To make our efforts visible to the international community ahead of the UN Biodiversity Conference,
To be part of public awareness campaigns, thus helping to highlight the importance of biodiversity.

All copyrights will be duly respected.
