Due to the whitefish spawning period, from November 15, enhanced control measures will be implemented in Lake Sevan and throughout Armenia.
The entry of all types of hunting equipment and watercraft into Lake Sevan will be prohibited.
Citizens, our compatriots engaged in fishing should clearly realize that such measures have one goal: to restore the ecosystem of Lake Sevan through the restoration of fish stocks, which is in the interests of every citizen of the Republic of Armenia.
REMINDER
Whitefish hunting in Lake Sevan will be allowed ONLY after the determination of industrial hunting quantities for 2025 and the conclusion of new contracts.
