On April 8, 2021, the Government approved "The order of installing, sealing and using technical equipment for online  monitoring of the location of drilling rigs for the use of underground freshwater" was approved, which is aimed at the rational use, protection and prevention of illegal drilling activities.
According to the decree, from January 1, 2022, the drilling activity for the use of underground freshwater will be supervised with the technical equipment for  online monitoring of the location of the drilling rigs.
The right of the person who submitted the notification to drill for the use of underground freshwater subject to the notified activity will be rejected by the authorized body if the technical equipment for online monitoring of the location of drilling machines for the use of underground freshwater is missing.

The online delivery  of information on the notified and the location of the drilling rigs will enable the prevention of illegal drilling, ensuring relevant supervision over the fulfillment of the aforementioned works.
