In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014 HO-110-N) as well as in accordance with the procedure established by the decision N1325-N of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), on May 24, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., public reviews will be held in the culture house of Gagarin settlement of Gegharkunik province regarding the EIA report on the construction of the planned solar photovoltaic power stations and the connection of the substations to the "Aghtamar" 110 KV overhead line at the addresses No. 7 and 16, Factory Street in the administrative area of Gagarin settlement. /2nd public review/.
Within the time limits set by the annex to the decision N1325 of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), recommendations and comments on the application can be submitted in writing to "Environmental Impact Testing Center" SNCO of the Ministry of Environment of the RA.
