In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (ՀՕ-150-Ն) and the Annex to the Decision N 2343-Ն of the Government of the RA (28.12.2023), on July 28, 2025 at 12:00 p.m., public hearings will be held at the residence of the administrative head of Tsaghkunk Settlement, Khoy Community, Armavir Province, on the report on the construction of a solar photovoltaic power plant at 72/1 H. Paronyan St., Tsaghkunk Settlement, Khoy Community, Armavir Province, submitted to expert examination by “JIBRAIN” LLC /2nd public hearing/.
