In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (ՀՕ-150-Ն) and the Annex to the Decision N 2343- Ն of the Government of the RA (28.12.2023) /hereinafter: Annex/, on September 20, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., public hearings will be held at the residence of the administrative head of Geghamavan Settlement on the environmental impact assessment report submitted by “Zenit Energy” LLC on the construction of the "Zenith Solar" solar plant planned at Geghamavan Settlement, Sevan Community, Gegharkunik Region and its expert examination process.
