In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014 Հ0-110-Ն) as well as in accordance with the procedure established by the decision N1325- Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), on July 15, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., public discussions will be held at the residence of the administrative head of Ararat Settlement, Ararat Enlarged Community, Ararat Province, on the preliminary environmental impact assessment application submitted by "Sate" LLC of geological survey works of "Nairi" site of Ararat sand-gravel mixture ore occurrence in 2024-2025 /2nd public discussion/.
Within the time limits set by the annex to the decision N1325- Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), recommendations and comments on the application can be submitted in writing to "Environmental Impact Testing Center" SNCO of the Ministry of Environment of the RA.
