In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (ՀՕ-150-Ն) as well as in accordance with the procedure established by the decision N 2343- Ն of the Government of the RA (28.12.2023), on August 28, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., public hearings will be held at the residence of the administrative head of Noratus Settlement, Gavar Community, Gegharkunik Region (address: Sevan Str. 3rd Lane, 1 Building), on the environmental impact assessment report on geological survey works for mineral extraction of the first site of Noratus sand and boulder-gravel mixture mine submitted by "MAKUR AVAZ 2022" LLC for expert examination / 2nd public hearing/.
Please support and ensure the participation of the affected community/settlement (Noratus) and interested public, relevant professionals in the public hearing.
