In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (ՀՕ-110-Ն) and the Annex to the Decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2024) /hereinafter: Annex/, on September 17, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., public discussions will be held at the residence of the administrative head of Fantan Settlement, Charentsavan Enlarged Community on the environmental impact assessment report on the extraction works of Fantan basalt mine in Kotayk Region submitted by "MF STONE" LLC to expert examination /4th public discussion/.
It is necessary to submit the protocol of public discussions, the video recording, the list of participants, as well as the submitted proposals and remarks to the Ministry of Environment within 18 working days after the notification.
