In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014 Հ0-110-Ն) as well as in accordance with the procedure established by the decision N1325- Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), on June 27, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., public discussions will be held at the residence of the administrative head of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan, on the expert evaluation submitted by "Apaga Tun" LLC regarding the preliminary assessment application of works of the planned residential district at 75 Artashesyan Street and 41/1 Manandyan Street, Shengavit Administrative District, Yerevan /2nd phase/.
Within the time limits set by the annex to the decision N1325- Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), recommendations and comments on the application can be submitted in writing to "Environmental Impact Testing Center" SNCO of the Ministry of Environment of the RA.
