In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014 Հ0-110-Ն) as well as in accordance with the procedure established by the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), on July 18, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., public discussions will be held at the residence of the administrative head of Ararat Community, Ararat Region on the environmental impact assessment report submitted by "Ararat Community Public Utility Service Budget Institution" LLC on the operation of the centralized municipal solid waste landfill (MSWLF) of Ararat Community, Ararat Region  /2nd phase/.
Within the time limits set by the annex to the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), recommendations and comments on the application can be submitted in writing to "Environmental Impact Testing Center" SNCO of the Ministry of Environment of the RA.
