In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" /21.06.2014 HO-110-N/ as well as the defined order of Annex of the GoA (19.11.2014) N1325-N decree, on August 5, at 11:00, public reviews will be held in Ajapnyak Administrative district, over the pre-assessment bid on  environmental impact of the construction of a residential micro-district and the sketch draft of the creation of a forest-park envisaged by the first phase in 320 and 322, Tichina, Ajapnyak administrative district, submitted by “Defense Housing Invest” CJSC (Phase II).
It is necessary to hold public reviews in accordance with the requirements of Commandant's N74 decree (May 14, 2020).
