With reference to the state of martial law declared in the Republic of Armenia, the measures assumed against the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Ministry of Environment informs that the pre-assessment bids on environmental impact and expertise process of  EIA reports are postponed for a month, taking into consideration the necessity of holding public reviews. This decrees enters into force on November 5, 2020 and does not apply to cases of national importance.
