By the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Deputy Minister of Environment Gayane Gabrielyan is on a working visit to the French Republic to participate in a number of industry events.
During the visit on February 7, meetings and discussions were held with the Director of the International Water Bureau of France, Head of the Department of Water and Biodiversity of the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Territorial Integration of France, Director of the Agency of the Great Lakes of the Seine, Deputy Director of the Seine-Normand Water Agency, Head of the Water Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs of France:
High-ranking officials of French departments presented France's experience in the field of water management and policy, as well as areas of possible cooperation and assistance with Armenia, in particular, taking into account Armenia's obligations under the Comprehensive and Expanded Partnership Agreement with the EU, which follow from the 5 directives of the water sector.
