At the session of the National Assembly on March 21, the second reading discussed the package of amendments to the Law on "Plants" and the attached bills. The project was presented by Deputy Minister Aram Meimaryan.
The project proposes to bring the legal acts of flora, fauna and specially protected areas of nature into compliance with the requirements of Article 6 of the Constitution, to fix the authorizing norms in the existing laws.
Currently, a number of Government decisions regulating the sector are in force, but do not have authorizing norms, and some are going to be developed, but authorizing norms are missing.
The project was accepted.
