Today, the first session of the interdepartmental working group established by the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was held at the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia.
Tigran Gabrielyan, Deputy Minister of Environment of the RA participated in the session.
The procedure for cadastral valuation of community-owned lands, the suspension of low-priced land sales, the revision of the procedure for setting starting prices for auctions, the analysis of the process of entering differences in cadastral values ​​into the budgets of the respective communities at the moment of changing the purpose of land plots, and a number of other issues were discussed.
Several options for solving the problems were discussed and will be finalized in the near future and sent to the Prime Minister's staff.
