We strongly condemn similar treatment of animals, thus urging to refrain from any unacceptable and violent behavior towards animals.
The RA law on "Fauna" streamlining the sphere is presently  being elaborated. In particular, it is envisaged to define the orders of officially listing wild fauna species in captive and semi-captive conditions, including Red Book-listed animals, permitting to keep them, from the second viable generation to the orders of animal use.   
 The RA law on “Fauna” defines: "Fauna is a national treasure in the Republic of Armenia. It is one of the most important elements in ensuring the integrity of nature, guaranteeing its ecological balance and harmonious development. The fauna in the Republic of Armenia is the unique property of the state”.
We once again call for all the citizens of the Republic of Armenia to immediately alert the RA Police, the Inspectorate for Nature Protection and Mineral Resources.
