ATTENTION: Temperatures up to +40...+42 degrees are predicted in Ararat Valley and Yerevan

Despite the fact that all scientific analyzes showed that severe heat is not expected in our region for the month of August (which was announced during the press conference on August 4), but as a result of the drastic changes in the circulation of the atmosphere from August 10, Arab A powerful heat wave is entering Armenia from the regions of the peninsula, which will bring with it a sharp increase in temperature by about 4-6 degrees compared to today.
In the period between August 10-13, the highest temperature in the afternoon between 16:00 and 18:00 in the Ararat Valley and Yerevan is predicted to reach +40...+42 degrees.
On August 10-13, in Yerevan, in the Ararat Valley, in the foothills of Aragatsotn, Kotayk, Vayots Dzor, in the valleys of Syunik and Tavush, a highly dangerous fire situation is expected.
