In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (ՀՕ-150-Ն) and the Annex to the Decision N 2343-Ն of the Government of the RA (28.12.2023), on May 29, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., public hearings will be held in the hall of the "Yeghvard Art School" CNPO in the Nairi Community, Kotayk Region, on the EIA report on the operation of the lubricants and bitumen production plant submitted by "Armoil" CJSC /2nd public hearing/.
