In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (ՀՕ-150-Ն) and the Annex to the Decision N 2343-Ն of the Government of the RA (28.12.2023) /hereinafter: Annex/, on October 17, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., public hearings will be held at the residence of the administrative head of Yeraskhahun Settlement, Metsamor Enlarged Community, Armavir Region on the environmental impact assessment report on the extraction works of the sand-gravel-boulder mixture mine of Jrarat, Armavir Region submitted by "Gar-Shin" LLC /2nd public hearing/.
