In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014 Հ0-110-Ն) as well as in accordance with the procedure established by the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), on May 23, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., public hearings will be held in the culture house of Gagarin settlement of Gegharkunik province on the EIA report on the construction of the planned solar photovoltaic power stations and the connection of the substations to the "Aghtamar" 110 KV overhead line at the addresses No. 7 and 16, Factory Street in the administrative area of Gagarin settlement /2nd public hearing/.
Within the time limits set by the annex to the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), recommendations and comments on the application can be submitted in writing to "Environmental Impact Testing Center" SNCO of the Ministry of Environment of the RA.
