In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (ՀՕ-150-Ն) and the Annex to the Decision N 2343-Ն of the Government of the RA (28.12.2023) /hereinafter: Annex/, on October 15, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., public hearings will be held at the residence of the administrative head of Tuffashen Settlement, Artik Community on the EIA report on the geological survey works for the extraction of minerals from "TUFFADZOR" site of Artik Tuff Mine, Shirak Region, submitted by "RPT" LLC to expert examination /2nd public hearing/.
