In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (ՀՕ-150-Ն) and the Annex to the Decision N 2343- Ն of the Government of the RA (28.12.2023) /hereinafter: Annex/, on September 19, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., public hearings will be held at the residence of the administrative head of Nor Nairi Community, Kotayk Region (address: Yerevanyan 1, Yeghvard City) on the environmental impact assessment report on the extraction works of the sand-gravel mixture mine of Yeghvard, Kotayk Region submitted by “YEGHVARDSHIN” OJSC to expert examination /2nd public hearing/.
