In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014 Հ0-110-Ն) as well as in accordance with the procedure established by the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), on August 2, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., public hearings will be held at the residence of the head of Malatia-Sebastia Addministrative District, Yerevan (address: Sebastia Street 32, Yerevan) on the environmental impact assessment report on the multi-apartment residential complex (address: Leningradyan 19/10, Malatia-Sebastia Addministrative District, Yerevan) construction works submitted by "ART BUILDING" LLC for expert examination  /2nd hearing/.
Within the time limits set by the annex to the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), recommendations and comments on the application can be submitted in writing to "Environmental Impact Testing Center" SNCO of the Ministry of Environment of the RA.
