In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014 Հ0-110-Ն) as well as in accordance with the procedure established by the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), on June 18, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., public discussions will be held on the environmental impact assessment report submitted by "Solar Farm" LLC for the construction of a solar photovoltaic plant at the addresses No. 51/1, 51/2, 51/3, 51/4, 51/5, 20th Street, Aghberk Settlment, Chambarak Community, Gegharkunik Province /2nd phase/.
Within the time limits set by the annex to the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), recommendations and comments on the application can be submitted in writing to "Environmental Impact Testing Center" SNCO of the Ministry of Environment of the RA.
