In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014 Հ0-110-Ն) as well as in accordance with the procedure established by the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014) /ed. N 2343- Ն (28.12.23)/, on August 20, 2024 at 12:30 p.m., public discussions will be held on the preliminary environmental impact assessment report on the mineral extraction works of the andesite basalt and volcanic sands site of Gharakhach, Lori Region submitted by "Shin Energo" LLC /2nd discussion/.
Within the time limits set by the annex to the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), recommendations and comments on the application can be submitted in writing to "Environmental Impact Testing Center" SNCO of the Ministry of Environment of the RA.
