According to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014) and the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated 19.11.2014, in 2022, by decision No. 1325-N, on December 8 at 11:00 in the building of the municipality of the Masis community of the Ararat region, public discussions will be held on the application for a preliminary environmental impact assessment of the mining operations in the Black Water Sands deposit of the Ararat region from Sand Mining LLC/ 2nd stage/.
19.11.2014 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia within the time limits set by the annex to the decision N1325, recommendations and comments on the application can be submitted in writing to the Ministry of Environment, "Environmental Impact Testing Center" SNCO.
