In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014 Հ0-110-Ն) as well as in accordance with the procedure established by the decision N1325- Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), on June 26, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., public discussions will be held at the residence of the administrative head of Vaghatin Settlement, Sisian Community, Syunik Province on the environmental impact assessment report submitted by "Hydro" LLC of mineral extraction works of Vaghatin sand-gravel mixture mine of Syunik Province /4th phase/.
Within the time limits set by the annex to the decision N1325- Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), recommendations and comments on the application can be submitted in writing to "Environmental Impact Testing Center" SNCO of the Ministry of Environment of the RA.
