In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014 Հ0-110-Ն) as well as in accordance with the procedure established by the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), on July 16, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., public discussions will be held at the residence of the community head of Shoghakat Settlment, Chambarak Community, Gegharkunik Region on the application submitted by "Lake Invest" LLC for the preliminary environmental impact assessment of the recreational area planned at the address No. 7/1, Street 13, Shoghakat Administrative District, Chambarak Community, Gegharkunik Region /2nd phase/.
Within the time limits set by the annex to the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), recommendations and comments on the application can be submitted in writing to "Environmental Impact Testing Center" SNCO of the Ministry of Environment of the RA.
