In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" /21.06.2014 HO-110-N/ as well as the defined order of Annex of the GoA (19.11.2014) N1325-N decree, on September 12, 2022, at 12: 00.00, at the residence of the administrative head of the settlement of Merdzavan, Armavir region, Parakar community, public discussions will be held on the report for a preliminary environmental impact assessment of mining operations at the Victory site of the Parakar basalts of the Armavir region  "Khich" LLC (Stage 4).
Government of the Republic of Armenia 19.11.2014 within the time limits set by the annex to decision N1325-N, proposals and comments on the application may be submitted in writing to the Ministry of the Environment of the "Expert Center for Environmental Impact” SNCO.
