In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014 Հ0-110-Ն) as well as in accordance with the procedure established by the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014) /ed. N 2343- Ն (28.12.23)/, on August 16, 2024 at 10:30 a.m., a public awareness and discussion will be held at the residence of the administrative head of Noramarg Settlement, Masis Community, Ararat Region, on the EIA report on the environmental impact assessment of Noramarg-Hrazdan sand mine extraction project submitted by "Arevmtyan Kani" LLC for expert examination /4th public discussion/.                                            
It is necessary to submit the protocol of public discussions, the video recording, the list of participants, as well as the submitted proposals and remarks to the Ministry of Environment within 18 working days after the notification, to be submitted to the Ministry of Environment within 18 working days after the notification in accordance with the law.
Within the time limits set by the annex to the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), recommendations and comments on the application can be submitted in writing to "Environmental Impact Testing Center" SNCO of the Ministry of Environment of the RA.
