In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014 Հ0-110-Ն) as well as in accordance with the procedure established by the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), on July 16, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., public discussions will be held at Gavar Municipality, Gegharkunik Region on the environmental impact assessment report submitted by "Jinj" LLC on the technical project for the modernization of the mechanical treatment plant of wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) of Gavar Community /4th discussion/.
Within the time limits set by the annex to the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), recommendations and comments on the application can be submitted in writing to "Environmental Impact Testing Center" SNCO of the Ministry of Environment of the RA.
