In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014 Հ0-110-Ն) as well as in accordance with the procedure established by the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), on June 7, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., public discussions will be held on the environmental impact assessment report submitted by "SUNERGY MINING" LLC for the construction of the solar photovoltaic plant (SPP) planned in Aghberk Settlement of Chambarak Community, Gegharkunik Province /2nd phase/.
Within the time limits set by the annex to the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), recommendations and comments on the application can be submitted in writing to "Environmental Impact Testing Center" SNCO of the Ministry of Environment of the RA.
