In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014 Հ0-110-Ն) as well as in accordance with the procedure established by the decision N1325- Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), on May 21, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., at the residence of the administrative head of Mayakovsky settlement of Abovyan municipality, Kotayk province, within the framework of Your authority, please organize and hold public discussions on the application submitted by "KRASHKAT" LLC for the preliminary environmental impact assessment of the geological survey works in the Eastern site of the Balahovit basalt mine of Kotayk Province /2nd public discussion/.
Within the time limits set by the annex to the decision N1325- Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), recommendations and comments on the application can be submitted in writing to "Environmental Impact Testing Center" SNCO of the Ministry of Environment of the RA.
