In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014 Հ0-110-Ն) as well as in accordance with the procedure established by the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), on June 4, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., public discussions will be held at the residence of the administrative head of Zartonk settlement of Metsamor community of Armavir province, a public discussion will be held on the application submitted by "KAPUYT AVAZ" LLC for preliminary assessment of the environmental impact of the geological survey works to be carried out in the "1st" site of Yeghegnut sand-gravel mixture mine of Armavir province /2 stage/.
Within the time limits set by the annex to the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), recommendations and comments on the application can be submitted in writing to "Environmental Impact Testing Center" SNCO of the Ministry of Environment of the RA.
