In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014 Հ0-110-Ն) as well as in accordance with the procedure established by the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014) /ed. N 2343- Ն (28.12.23)/, on August 9, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m., public hearings that should have been held at the Governor’s Office of Syunik Region (1G. Nzhdeh, Kapan, Syunik Region) on the strategic environmental assessment report and its review process on the 2024-2033 management plans of "Kapan Forestry" branch and "Syunik Forestry" branch, are canceled due to technical issues.
