National focal points to environmental conventions illustrated implemented and upcoming events assumed under international responsibilities at the outgoing session organized in Caghkadzor, RA Kotayk Region.  The conventions on “Conservation of European Wildlife and Natural Habitats”, “Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals”, “Persistent Organic Pollutants”, “Climate Change”, “Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context” were considered.   The speakers submitted the implementation process of the conventions, current environmental issues, factors preventing to realize undertaken responsibilities addressed to solve them. In the course of the session coordinated works of national focal points to various conventions were underscored as well as suggestions were presented to develop effective courses for ongoing events.
