Today the draft of the protocol decree of the GoA on “Making amendments to N 47 protocol decree of the GoA session (November 14, 2013)” was presented tothe approval of the Government. The adoption of the project is conditioned by the following: 1.      Necessity to extend the submission period of “Ecosystem Service” RA Law from the fourth quarter in 2015 to the second quarter in 2016 with the objective to complete the final law draft on the bases of presented proposals on the law draft. 2.      Necessity to extend the implementation period of “Approving the concept of principles of green economy introduction” GoA protocol decree draft development” from the fourth quarter in 2015 to the second quarter in 2017 considering the fact that international financing of the project is envisaged since 2016. 3.      To extend the implementation period of setting fund of investments on the example of “Green investment schemes” from the fourth quarter in 2016 to the second quarter in 2018 considering the fact that the implementation derives from introduction of “Green economy” principles. The draft was approved by Committee of Territorial Development and Nature Protection Ministries on January 21, 2016. The draft was passed by the Government of the Republic of Armenia and will enter into force the day after the official publication.
