State Environmental inspectorate of Biodiversity, Soil, Wastes and Noxious Substances  and Atmosphere Supervision Department  made a decision to charge 150.0thousand AMD for the detected breach and 211.75 thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage. There was decided to charge an individual an administrative fine of 80.0 thousand AMD. norms of bowels of earth protection: Gegharkunik Regional Division decided to charge 80.0thousand AMD for the revealed infraction. Assessment and expertise of environmental impact: Gegharkunik Regional Division implemented inspections and charged 100.0thousand AMD for the revealed infraction. Not submitting environmental and environmental usage payment reports within the defined period of time: There was decided to charge a businessman an administrative fine of 50.0 thousand AMD by Gegharkunik Regional Division. illegal transfer of timbers:  As a result of the visits of Forest Supervision Division realized inspections and detected infraction thus charging an administrative fine of 200.0 thousand AMD and 300.0 thousand AMD was calculated as environmental damage. A decision of 100.0 thousand AMD as an administrative fine during the inspection procedures conducted by Aragacotn Regional Division and 30.0 thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage.     A decision of 200.0 thousand AMD was made as an administrative fine during the inspection procedures implemented by Gegharkunik Regional Division and 90.0 thousand AMD was calculated as damage caused to the nature.     illegal hunting/fishing: Armavir Regional division implemented inspections and detected violations thus making a decision to charge an administrative fine of 50.0thousand AMD.   Due to the visits of YerevanDivision employees, 14kg sig fish without owners was handed to “Zatik” Center for children support. An individual was charged 50.0thousand AMD as an administrative fine for illegal crayfishing detected during the joint visits of the employees of Gegharkunik Regional Division and “Sevan NP” SNCO. 10.0kg confiscated live crayfish was released back to Lake Sevan. 3.0confiscate fish without owner was handed to N2 “Zartonk” kindergarden in Sevan. As a result of the inspection fulfilled by Ararat Regional Division, 50.0thousand AMD was charged as an administrative fine for the illegal crayfishing and 3.0 thousand AMD was calculated as damage caused to the nature.  In general due to the sanctions imposed by theState Environmental Inspectorate of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection there is 1.67 million AMD has entered the state budget.
