At the beginning of the 20th century 1.5 million Armenians’ massacre by Ottoman Empire is a massive crime not only against Armenian nation, but also against the whole humanity. The impunity had an influence upon the repetition of other crimes against humanity. The 100th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide must be the symbolic start through which the world will recognize and condemn the unprecedented slaughter during the years of WWI. Although Turkey continues its denial policy, we must face the challenges insisting on our claimable right and establishing historical justice. Neither the passing years nor denying policy change the reality. Being the descendant of survivors’ family of the Genocide and appreciating the relics brought from “Ergir” placed in the corner of the house, I have the blood of my ancestors in my veins for the restoration of historical justice and I am sure that our just demand will be rewarding.
