14 decrees on administrative fines of 1.1 million AMD are the result of inspections, visits, cases and report receipt conducted by the State Environmental Inspectorate of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection within the period of 16-20.03.2015, 410.2 thousand AMD was calculated as environmental damage. Particularly a decision of 50.0 thousand AMD was made as an administrative fine for an individual doing illegal tree cutting revealed during the inspection procedures implemented by Shirak Regional Division and 31.5 thousand AMD was calculated as damage caused to the nature.  Water preservation sphere: As a result of the inspections fulfilled by Tavoush Regional Division, there was decided to charge an entrepreneur an administrative fine of 200.0 thousand AMD for the violation of norms of preserving water. During the visits implemented by Ararat Regional Division a decision of 50.0 thousand AMD was made as an administrative fine for an individual for the violation of norms of preserving soil. Due to the inspection carried out by Under Ground Resources Protection Division of the State Environmental Inspectorate, there was decided to charge a businessman an administrative fine of 150.0 thousand AMD for similar violation and 369.7 thousand AMD was calculated as environmental damage and during the visits fulfilled by Tavoush Regional Division a decision of 30.0 thousand AMD was made as an administrative fine for an individual for the revealed breach. There was decided to charge a businessman an administrative fine of 80.0 thousand AMD by Shirak Regional Division for not submitting environmental and environmental usage payment reports within the defined period of time. 4 individuals were charged 200.0 thousand AMD as an administrative fine for illegal crayfishing detected by Gegharkunik Regional Division. 16.1g confiscated live crayfish was released back to Lake Sevan. Due the visits of employees of Kotayk Regional Division the confiscated 15 sig fish was handed to “Narek” Nursing Home in Abovyan according to the defined law. During the visits of employees of Vayoc Dzhor Regional Division an administrative fine of 50.0 thousand AMD was made for an individual having done illegal fishing and 2.0 thousand AMD was calculated as environmental damage. During the implemented inspections by Supervision Unit of Biodiversity, Soil, Wastes and Noxious Substances 3 decrees on an administrative fine of 290.0 thousand AMD were made for three individuals having done illegal fishing and 7.0 thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage. In general due to the sanctions imposed by theState Environmental Inspectorate of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection there is 2.48 million AMD has entered the state budget.
