22 decrees on administrative fine of 1.61 million AMD are the result of inspections, visits, cases and report receipt conducted by the State Environmental Inspectorate of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection within the period of 02-06.03.2015, 580.28 thousand AMD was calculated as environmental damage. Particularly a decision of 50.0 thousand AMD was made as an administrative fine for an individual for the violation of norms of flora conservation revealed during the inspection procedures implemented by Shirak Regional Division and 22.5 thousand AMD was calculated as damage caused to the nature and two decisions of 100.0 thousand AMD were made as an administrative fine for individuals by Lori Regional Division and 81.0 thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage. A decree was adopted to charge an individual having done a similar violation with an administrative fine of 50.0 thousand AMD for a case coordinated by Gegarkunik Regional Division and 33.75 thousand AMD was calculated as damage caused to the environment. Due to the inspections fulfilled by Yerevan Regional Division, there was decided to charge an entrepreneur an administrative fine of 100.0 thousand AMD for the violation of norms of preserving atmosphere and due to the inspections implemented by Aragacotn Regional Division, an entrepreneur was charged an administrative fine of 100.0 thousand AMD for a similar violation and 30.8 thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage. Due to the inspections implemented by Ararat Regional Division, there was decided to charge an entrepreneur an administrative fine of 100.0 thousand AMD for the violation of norms of preserving atmosphere and 34.23 thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage. As a result of the inspections fulfilled by Tavoush Regional Division, there was decided to charge an entrepreneur an administrative fine of 200.0 thousand AMD for the violation of norms of preserving water. During the visits of Tavoush Regional Division, 24.0 thousand AMD was calculated as damage caused to the environment by an individual having done soil pollution and during the visits implemented by Vayoc Dzor Regional Division two decisions of 100.0 thousand AMD were made as an administrative fine for two individuals for similar violations.  As a result of the visits paid by Ararat Regional Division a decree on an administrative fine of 50.0 thousand AMD was made for an individual for incorrect disposition of wastes. There was decided to charge a businessman an administrative fine of 50.0 thousand AMD by Aragacotn Lori and Kotayk Regional Divisions for not submitting environmental and environmental usage payment reports within the defined deadlines and an administrative fine of 80.0 thousand AMD was made for an individual by Ararat Regional Division. An individual was charged 50.0 thousand AMD as an administrative fine for illegal crayfishing detected by Gegharkunik Regional Division. 15.0g confiscated live crayfish was released back to Lake Sevan. An individual was charged 50.0 thousand AMD as an administrative fine for illegal crayfishing detected by Armavir Regional Division. During the visits of employees of Shirak Regional Division an administrative fine of 80.0 thousand AMD was made for an individual having done illegal fishing and 9.0 thousand AMD was calculated as environmental damage. 9 “karas” fish was confiscated and handed to “Gyumri Boarding School” SNCO. A fish net (12m) was confiscated. During the visits of employees of Ararat Regional Division illegal fishing was revealed and it was decided to charge an individual an administrative fine of 50.0 thousand AMD. An administrative fine of 200.0 thousand AMD was made for two individuals’ illegal transfer of timbers revealed during the inspection procedures conducted by Gegharkunik Regional Division and 195.0 thousand AMD was calculated as damage caused to the nature. Due to the visits carried out by Tavoush Regional Division, there was decided to charge an individual an administrative fine of 100.0 thousand AMD for a similar violation and 150.0 thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage. In general due to the sanctions imposed by the RA Ministry of Nature Protection there is 1.69 million AMD has entered the state budget.
