“Armtimes.com” website (October 27) and “Haykakan Jamanak” weekly published an article (October 28) entitled “Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body is unware that their decree is not executed”. The RA Ministry of Nature Protection informs that on the assignment of Head of Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body, on October 26 the workers of Kotayk Regional Division conducted inspection procedures in the area of “Armoil” CJSC, a relevant report was composed according to which,  construction works of the factory are not accomplished by “Armoil” CJSC, meanwhile it turned out that construction and fencing activities of the administrative building are performed with relevant permit  in the area of “Armoil” CJSC. Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body is consistent in the implementation of their adopted decrees.
